Belize’s # 1 marketing platform used to promote the country’s’ natural wonders through pictorial images and enchanting writing. The Destination Belize is easily available for all readers through a combination of platforms ranging from magazines and individual print pieces to varying options of online presence. It offers a signature publication magazine, pocket size magazine, QR Code Cards, QR Code Rack Cards, E-Book and App.

Key marketing initiative that provides a gateway to the world and an opportunity for local service providers to partner with international tourism professionals with the objective of promoting Belize as a great tourist destination. BETEX was first organized in 1996 and takes place every two years, attracting approximately 300 local and international tourism professionals and press representatives.
Familiarization trips are hosted as a marketing initiative through a partnership with the Embassy of Belize in Mexico and FEDECATUR in Central America. Its main focus is to offer BTIA members the opportunity to showcase their services and properties to different wholesalers and press agencies. The FAM trips normally focus on specific region from year to year.
