Mexican Embassy Training 2019
The Mexican Embassy has partnered with the Training Institute for the Work Force of Quintana Roo (ICATQR), who will be delivering four training (4) courses that match with the training program proposed by BTIA/Mexican Embassy MOU.
ICATQR is a decentralized public entity, whose purpose is to offer and promote training within the workforce of Quintana Roo, promoting the best quality and link to the needs for regional and national development of Mexico.
Each training course will have a duration of 20 hours (3 days) including both theory and practical and it is geared towards a minimum of 25 participants per training session. Training courses will be offered within 10 destinations from the months of June to October 2019.
Training courses proposed are the following:
- Customer Service- Directed to staff in direct contact with tourists
- Housekeeping- Directed to staff working in housekeeping service
- Culinary Training- Directed to staff in contact or in charge of food preparation
- Bar Tending – Directed to staff working in preparation and serving of beverages/drinks
